Submission of a request through this platform does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or one you will be satisfied with. Not all applicants will be matched with a lender. Not all lenders can offer the maximum $5,000 amount. Loan availability depends entirely on the independent decisions of third-party lenders.
This service is not available in all US states and is void where prohibited by law. Residents of some states may not be eligible for loan products due to state legislation. You will be informed of applicable limitations when selecting your state during the request process.
Our platform integrates a third-party loan form and may contain links to other third-party websites and services. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Persist Infotech:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persist Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000 (or equivalent USD). Note: Apple's liability is limited as stated in the Apple Media Services Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Persist Infotech and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.
