Persist Infotech ("we," "our," or "us") is a loan connector service registered as a Proprietorship in India (GST No. 24EOMPP0160N1ZL), located at TF-04, Third Floor, 4D Square, Visat-Gandhinagar Highway, Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380005. We operate a website and mobile application that displays a third-party loan request form to connect users with licensed lending partners in the United States.

We are not a lender. We do not make loans, set loan terms, or make credit decisions.

2. Scope of This Policy

• The Persist Infotech mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store
• Any related services operated under the Persist Infotech brand

This policy does not govern the data practices of the third-party form provider or the participating lenders whose privacy policies apply independently once you interact with their systems.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Persist Infotech does not directly collect, store, or process the following through our own systems:

• Loan application data (name, address, income, SSN, etc.) — this is handled entirely by the embedded third-party form provider
• Credit or financial information
• Payment or bank account details

4. Information We May Incidentally Receive

Like most websites and apps, our platform may automatically receive limited technical data when you access our service:

• Device information: Device type, operating system version, browser type
• Log data: IP address, pages visited, time and date of access, referring URLs
• App usage data: How you navigate the App (screens visited, buttons tapped)
• Crash reports: Technical error data to help us fix issues

This technical data is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve our platform. It is not used to identify you personally, and it is not sold.

5. Third-Party Form Provider

The loan request form displayed within our platform is operated by a third-party service provider. When you fill out and submit the loan request form:

• Your personal information (name, contact details, financial information, etc.) is submitted directly to and processed by that third-party provider
• The third-party provider transfers your data to participating licensed lenders for the purpose of evaluating your loan request
• Lenders may perform credit checks through Experian, Equifax, and/or TransUnion
• Persist Infotech does not receive, access, or store the personal information you enter into the form

By submitting the form, you authorize the third-party provider and participating lenders to process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting your request.

6. Contact Form

If you contact us via our website or app contact form, we receive only the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, message). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties for marketing or lending purposes.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use standard analytics tools (such as server-side logging or privacy-respecting analytics) to understand how users navigate our platform. Our mobile App does not use advertising identifiers or tracking for cross-app advertising purposes. You may opt out of analytics tracking by adjusting your device settings.

8. Apple Platform — Additional Disclosures

For users accessing Persist Infotech through the Apple App Store:

• We do not track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes
• We do not share data with data brokers
• We do not use your data for targeted advertising
• App Store required permissions (if any) are used solely for the core functionality described in the App listing
• Any data collected is proportionate to the functionality provided
• Our App does not include third-party advertising SDKs

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the limited technical data our platform handles. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. However, since we do not store your loan application data, the primary security responsibility for that information lies with the third-party form provider and the lenders.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. 11. Third-Party Links
